Can I get a tracking number?
Usps does not provide tracking numbers anymore for non express mail, they now provide us with confirmation numbers that acts similar to tracking but is only ment to confirm when it gets to your house. We do provide them but please check your email first before contacting us. You should receive an email from us or paypal with your confirmation number that you can track at usps.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
T-shirts and decals have a handling time of 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping takes 2-7 days excluding weekends, and holidays and depends on your location.
How do I contact you?
You may email us at anytime. If you wish to check status on a shipment please email shipping@powershiftindustries.com, Please check your email as paypal will send you a email confirming your shipment and supplying you with a confirmation tracking number that you may track at usps.com. For canada and other international orders we do not provide tracking numbers unless your order consists of 2 or more shirts.
How will my order ship?
All items are shipped USPS (united states postal service) first class to all domestic locations (U.S.A only), When ordering 2 or more shirts we will send it USPS Priority Mail. For International orders please contact our shipping department to get shipping quote as our system isnt set up for international orders at this time. (shipping@powershiftindustries.com)
What if I need to cancel an order?
If an order has already been shipped, entered the shipping stream, or has been placed with the manufacture/distributor it cannot be cancelled or stopped. A $5 cancellation fee will apply to all orders that qualify for cancellation. If you need to cancel an order please contact us a.s.a.p! via email at shipping@powershiftindustries.com
What if I want to return or exchange something?
Please contact us first at sales@powershiftindustries.com to get a return approval. Items must be unworn with tags still attached, You will be charged for shipping both ways, meaning you will pay to ship it back to us and for us to ship it to you or just to ship back if it is just a return. You will not be refunded on shipping unless it was an error on our part (ie. wrong shirt color, design or size). These rules apply to t-shirts only and not decals as decals are not returnable.
Are all the products on your site in stock?
Currently for T-shirts and decals yes as we manufacture our products our self.
What if I got the wrong order?
Contact our sales department with your name and address and order#. We will go over your order and if in fact it was our error then you may return it at our cost and we will resend the correct order. Please check your email with your order before contacting us.
Is the print on the front or the back?
Currently all our shirts have the bigger design on the front.
Can you not print the writing on the bottom of the design?
Yes, just contact us before you make the order or immediately right after.
Can I get a different color ink?
If it does not specify that theres an option for different color ink then no we do not offer that option.
I bought your shirt from ebay, but it was more expensive. Can I get a refund on the difference?
No, sorry but ebay is expensive so we have no choice but to charge a couple of dollars more on ebay. We do put our website address on the item description and on our ME page. We apologize for the inconvenience.
